Can I print my own logo?
Yes. We can print your logo according to the picture you provide, and our professional designers can also help create the design for you.
Can the size or color be changed?
Yes. Ordering the same size and color can save production time. Size and color can also be changed, but it takes more time to confirm the design pictures and arrange production.
What is included with the product?
We provide a high standard CE/UL air blower, strong storage bag, repair kit with same-color material, and maintenance kit with glue for free.
How long is the production time?
Production depends on the order time and design complexity. Usually, after you approve our design pictures, the unit will be finished in 10-20 days, including testing and quality control.
How do I pay?
We accept 30% deposit and 70% balance payment. After the products are finished, we will send pictures and videos for confirmation, then you arrange the balance payment. T/T and credit card are both acceptable.
Does the product need continuous inflation?
If the product you ordered is not a sealed type, yes, it needs continuous inflation during use.
Do you provide different standard blowers?
Yes. Different countries use different plugs and voltage. To send the right blower, please tell us the plug standard and voltage used in your country.
What is the warranty? What should I do if it gets damaged?
We provide a 3-year warranty when products are used under the user instructions. Please take pictures and videos and send them to us. We will find the cause of the problem and provide a solution policy for you.
